COACH RODNEY KING M.A., RSME
Coach Rodney King has taught weapon based, and empty hand self-preservation all over the world. His clients include special force military operators, law enforcement officers, and close protection teams. Most widely recognized for the development of the Crazy Monkey Defense modern martial arts system, he is also a 4th degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt. Rodney served in the South African Military’s VIP protection unit, and as a platoon sergeant was the unarmed combatives trainer for his unit.
Rodney offers certification both in the WYB civilian program, as well as our close portection, military and law enforcement programs. He is also available globally to offer the WYB or EDGE workshops to any of these audiences.
ERIC KOLESAR MSc
WYB LEADER TRAINER
Having grown up in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Eric started wrestling early and not long after became fascinated with martial arts. After graduating high school, Eric enlisted in the U.S. Army as an infantryman in 1991. Following his basic training he was stationed in Fort Drum, New York with the 10th Mountain Division. He served in Operation Restore Hope in Somalia in 1992-93. Eric spent over 10 years in the infantry serving as a rifleman, team leader, squad leader and platoon sergeant. He served as a relief commander at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery from 2001-2003.
Eric is currently available to certify people to teach the Civilian WYB and EDGE level 1 courses. In addition you can host Eric to teach the WYB and or EDGE for Civilian/Military/ and LEO’s. His region of responsibility is North and South America.
